Who may use the bank account opening service rendered by LAVECO LTD.?

LAVECO LTD. renders the service of the opening of corporate accounts exclusively to its own clients, i.e. the owners, Directors or Attorneys of companies incorporated with the help of LAVECO LTD.
A precondition of opening a corporate or personal account with a foreign bank is that the person who manages the account must know the English language or the official language of the country in which the bank chosen by the client is located.
For its services in the opening of bank accounts LAVECO LTD. charges a fee, the amount of which is shown in the "list of banks and prices" section. The fee shall be paid in advance and the procedure for opening an account will not commence until the said fee has entered the account of LAVECO LTD.
